The staff was super nice and the free breakfast in the morning is absolutely delicious. The area is super convenient close to dongdaemun history and culture park station. Several buses run close including an airport limousine right in front of the hotel! The room was very clean and the cleaning staff gave new towels,garbage bags and water bottles everyday. There's also luggage storage available and there's 2 elevators so you never wait too long. Rooms are small, as is expected in a lot of East Asian countries. You may have trouble opening your large suitcase all the way without it touching the bed. But it’s doable! Nothing smelled weird and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. This is because parking may not be allowed due to the weight of the vehicle. Additionally, the front desk should provide courteous guidance regarding this matter. The breakfast at this hotel feels like a homemade meal my mom would make in Korea. The menu changes daily, and during our one-week stay, it seemed to follow a weekly rotation. However, every meal felt thoughtfully prepared with care. It's just minutes away from a metro station that has 3 lines and can help you get all over Seoul. They also handled an issue that I had very well. I stayed for two nights and when I came back to the hotel in the evening for my second night the electricity wouldn't work in my room. The reception staff came up to try and fix it and when they couldn't, they immediately moved me to a different room for my second night. I was very impressed and thankful for the quick and immediate assistance.
