"Stay overall was very good, very friendly staff, flexible checkin, affordable price, bed was very comfortable. I got a big balcony with the mountains view. The only small drawback was noisy fridge, but I didn’t need it. "Stayed here one night before early flight from Pisa. I wasn't expecting much, but was really happily surprised. The staff were lovely, friendly and smiling every time I had interaction with them. My room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a lovely view over the rooftops (yes, even the Tower in the distance). It was very quiet in the evening as my room was not facing the street. And the breakfast was amazing! So many options, I was kicking myself for not having enough time to enjoy it...

"The person at the reception on the day we checked in and out was absolutely brilliant and he was very knowledgeable. Sorry, I didn’t get their name. The hotel (family building which was separate) itself felt a bit in need of a spruce up although was in a brilliant position in the centre of Pisa right next to the Tower.
