“Rude Staff, Horrible Location”

The staff of AC Pisa were so rude (even for Italy), that our experience dealing with them cancelled out what otherwise might have been an enjoyable stay. We got out of there as soon as we could!

“Rooms were good but the service was not impressive”

I've stayed a total of 4 nights at this hotel. While the rooms were great the service was quite terrible. Among me and my colleagues, the rudeness and grumpiness of the reception staff became a running gag. If that and the 3 km walk into the centre doesn't put you off, then this is a good hotel. I however appreciate good customer service, and a little friendliness can go a long way in this sort of industry.

“Good Hotel, Good Value”

The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable and the included breakfast was very good. This hotel is close to the airport but does not have easy access to the sights in Pisa.

“One of the nicer hotels”

We just returned from Italy, this was conveniently located near the airport, it was a modern contemporary hotel situated off a main road next to a shopping complext. There were no great views but it was of a good standard and in a good location. We agree that the staff in reception could be more helpful, they will answer questions but do no more than the minimum we felt. However they were polite and did not complain when we checked-out 1 hour late. The reception area is nice, the lifts could of been cleaner, the room was an okay size (we stayed for one night), bathroom was nice too. Breakfast was adequate, a buffet - again the serving staff seemed to ignore you but this appears to be the general way. Generally satisfied for what it was and what needed.

Traveller's tip
There's a bus that takes you to the Pisa railway station just across the road for 1.50 euro. Taxi's cost approx 10euro's from airport and if driving you can park at the park and ride to the top left of the tower of pisa.

“Fantastic Value”

Only stayed here overnight prior to an early flight home, but would definitely use it again if ever staying in Pisa again. The room was spotless and 'state of the art', really modern with a HUGE bath. The complimentary mini bar (inculding extras to top up with downstairs) was really welcome especially fresh fruit juice in the morning when we needed to leave before breakfast. Car parking was a bonus, and the hotel was easy to find and only 10 minutes drive to the airport (which included getting lost, which appeared to be customary for every trip we took in Italy). Bus stop was only a few yards from the hotel and so it was easy to get into the city in the afternoon/evening and back again. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be looking out for other hotels in this chain.

“pisa”

L'hotel anche se non posizionato al centro è molto funzionale. Moderno ed elegante. Tutti i servizi funzionano bene e le camere sono molto ben curate. Sono pienamente soddisfatto di tutto compreso il prezzo.

“Hotel AC Pisa - molto accogliente e riservato”

Ottimo Hotel sito in un punto strategico rispetto ai luoghi di interesse, il personale è professionale e discreto pronto a soddisfare le esigenze della clientela. L'arredamento semplice, confortevole, ma attento nei particolari e posizionato con gusto ed eleganza. Che dire di più AC Pisa per me è, per la sua cartegoria, il top dei top.

Il Lungarno per me è senza dubbio il posto più bello per i suoi colori bellissimi in ogni momento della giornata

“AC Pisa: etwas außerhalb in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet”

Es fehlt an nichts in diesem Hotel: Getränke aus der Minibar sind frei, im Sportbereich ebenfalls ein gefüllter Kühlschrank (frei), das Frühstück, welches einem Mitteleuropäer jeden Wunsch erfüllt, Personal, welches sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit ist!!!

Dining
Auf der gleichen Straße, weg vom Zentrum, kurz vor der nächsten beampelten Kreuzung links, findet man in etwa 300 Metern ein kleines, aber sehr feines Restaurant, wo auch die Italiener hingehen. Mit gutem Flair und anständigem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wer also nicht unbedingt im sicher guten Hotelrestaurant dinnieren will, kann dort preiswert zu Abend essen.

“L'AC è una garanzia”

Costa un pò di più della media ma ne vale la pena, infatti, le camere sono più grandi, il frigobar è gratuito, c'è la palestra oltre a ogni tipo di servizio. Pulito, elegante, moderno, Tv con SKY, ristorante ottimo, colazione abbondate e curatissima, a Pisa ce ne sono soltanto 3 o 4 a pari livello.

Area recommendations
Quest'area adiacente all'ospedale di Cisanello e all'autostrada non proprio vicino all'aeroporto, stazione ferroviaria e torre di Pisa. Considerate sempre che le distanze a Pisa sono minime in auto max 15 Km.

“hotel non vicino a centro ma ottimi servizi”

brevissima vacanza ma in albergo rispondente a ogni nostranecessità. parcheggio, bar in camera incluso, cordiali e pulito. viaggiamo molto spesso e, anche se non vicino al centro (5 min in auto o servito da autobus) ottima impressione
