“Good modern hotel but a long way from the centre of Pisa”
Nice comfortable clean room with air con if needed + excellent bathroom. Some electric sockets needed covers though Breakfast was average-good + dinner also average-good & reasonably priced Looked as if there were other restaurants in the surrounding business park but we were recommended to eat in the centre Staff overall helpful Nice pool but doesn;t open till 10am after breakfast Good price via Expedia However the hotel is a good 6-7kms outside the centre of Pisa so unless you have your own transport, you are dependent on taxis which cost @15euros each way & take @10 mins + there are no buses on Sundays!
“In the boonies”
Warning: Don't get scammed! This hotel is no where near the Leaning Tower or anywhere close to the Pisa Central. You have to take a 20 euro taxi fare to the hotel from the train station. Very far (out of the way) from everything you want to see. Yes, rooms are decent and restaurant is nice, but not worth the agony of being in the middle of nowhere - find somewhere closer - where you can actually walk somewhere from the hotel. We decided to cancel a taxi ride and still had to pay 6 euro.
“Out in the wilds”
The Hotel is no good for those on foot, it is too far away from the centre of town. It is on an industrial estate with one bar that does not serve food in the evenings.Although there is a courtesy bus to the airport it is then another bus/train ride into town. We were there for a week and in that time only one of the two lifts were working. If I went there again in a car I would stay there again.
“nice hotel, not too centrally located”
Nice a new and clean, very confortable rooms, nice people in front desk, good breakfast, nice free things, like phone calls, internet, etc. The location is somewhat far from the cenrtal part of the city and there is nothing around there, but there is bus going to town right by the dor and they have a shuttle to downtown and the airport and this makes life easy, recommended, Jaime
“Business Hotel - Not impressed”
The hotel should be strictly advertised as a conference/business hotel, with only one below average restuarant.Buffet breakfast had a generous amount of cold items but only three hot items (scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and something that is meant to be bacon)- no sausages, beans, mushroom, tomato, pancake, and so on. You can not order an omelette either! The staff also look uninterested. The shuttle bus service is available at very limited times during the day - at a 'first come, first served basis'- maximum seats of 8. Tourist should also beware that the hotel is located about 5km from the town centre and about 4-5km from the airport. Cold swimming pool.On a positive note, my room was clean but we had no kettle for tea/coffee - a pot of tea will cost you 2.50euros from the bar.
“great value”
great value, nice room, hotel staff helpful and friendly, a little out of the way but hotel provides complimentary van to airport and town center, also a bus available for a nominal charge - only a 10 minute ride to city center, definitely would return, an American style hotel
“doubtful”
room stale smell, plumbing leaks floor wet, desk service weak misdirected regarding maps
“Pisa's hotel”
It is a very confortable hotel....it is near the beach(only 15 Km)
“will recommend to friends and family”
staff friendly and very helpful,an excellent and varied menu, comfortable and quiet room good air con.
“Good value, Well placed for Pisa airport.”
The hotel was situated close to Pisa airport & was an easy short taxi ride to the airport (but book your own to pick you at front door as cheaper!) It had a pool and area to sunbathe so ideal if waiting for a flight and to spend your last few hours in Italy. A couple bars & places to get snacks nearby, but we bought supplies by Pisa train station & had a picnic in the room so we knew we'd got something to eat for tea as read review saying no-where to eat! The rooms were very clean and decorated to a high standard. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. The hotel was a much better price if you are just wanting a bed before a flight and sunbathe. However, you can get a taxi into Pisa to visit the town and restaurants too though for about 13 euros.

Area:
Pisa, Italy: Many churches, bridges and fading palazzi adorn this ancient maritime city, but most visitors have eyes for just one building. Pisas famous Torre Pendente (Leaning Tower) seems to defy the laws of physics, which Galileo tested with weights dropped from its summit. Even without its recently stabilized tilt, this marble bell-tower would be an architectural marvel. Two ornate pulpits are highlights of the Duomo and Baptistery nearby.
