Location & friendly staff were the only positives
The location was extremely convenient to train station and Pisa central. Additionally the staff were welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately everything else about this place was extremely disappointing. The bed was truly the most uncomfortable one I’ve ever slept on. There was hair from previous guests in my room. What looked like mold residue in and around the shower. The walls were scuffed everywhere. The paint looked old and extremely outdated.

The owner should be arrested for crimes against hospitality. Upon arrival, we were checked in by Margaret who was extremely friendly and helpful and give us a list of must visit attractions, although it’s Pisa so the list is pretty short. When getting to the room, the door frame was broken with the metal beading lying upside down, nail side up. Inside the room, dead mosquitoes were all over the walls, the sheets were stained, tiles were cracked and the whole place felt dirt. The fact the the mosquitoes remained all over the walls showed that the room was either never cleaned or done to the most basic standard each day. The only plus point was it was close to the station for a quick exit from Pisa. Avoid this hotel at all costs. You will feel itchy for days after leaving.

A pleasant stay
The hotel was in central location so was really close to the railway station and also about 20 mins from Leaning tower. There was daily housekeeping and the hotel Was pretty clean. Little bit of mould in bathroom. The second day we had no hot water but by evening time it was resolved. The beds were two single beds joined together and to be honest they were so uncomfortable that we both ended up with back ache . The breakfast could have had a bit more variety but overall we were happy.

Comfortable hotel close to Pisa station
The hotel is very close to Pisa Centrale station, but there's a pleasant walk to the river and then on through historic streets to the leaning Tower etc. The hotel is comfortable and well managed, with helpful, friendly & efficient reception. Our room was large enough, with a large comfortable bed & modern ensuite. It was reasonably quiet and had a good choice of food for breakfast. We have stayed there before and hope to do so again.
