"Do NOT book breakfast ahead of time. My husband and I prepaid for two breakfasts (it was not included so we added it). When we each got sick on different days, we were still charged for two breakfasts even though we canceled for one ahead by a day each time. How cheap can you be? "

"This hotel exceeded our expectations! It is absolutely beautiful. The location is great and in a very walkable area. It was close to attractions like Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, the London Eye, Churchill War Rooms, & Big Ben. Their restaurant and bar served great food and a lovely breakfast buffet. "Front desk staff were great, explained everything and greeted us with a smile. Room was spacious and everything in the room worked. Very clean. Elevator was a bit slow, but other than that everything else was wonderful. "

"This hotel is in the perfect location for theatres and general sight seeing. We had a lovely corner room with windows all round it. It was clean and comfortable. The AC worked well and the room was pretty modern and a decent size for London. The room was great for the price"

"Very nice hotel, large rooms, especially when compared to other hotels in London. Great location, close to Bond Street, Marble Arch, and the Elizabeth Line Tube stations. Plenty of shopping available. Hop on hop off bus tour close by. Found the elevator service insufficient for a hotel of this size. Staff and dining options were very good. Hotel was extremely clean and had a nice up to date feel about it. We would definitely recommend The Thistle Marble Arch Hotel. "
