"The staff at the property were very helpful and accommodating. We unknowingly had booked our trip for a Leaf's playoff game day and were arriving close to game time. Accessing the hotel for check in was (understandably) incredibly difficult and wasn't a great experience for our young family. Aside from this, which was our error, we really enjoyed the property itself as it was beautiful/well maintained, and as mentioned before, the staff were very helpful (they gave us a room on the opposite side...

"Had a room with field view. Was neat until after the games. Bright spot lights shined into room all night long even through curtain cracks and holes. Cleaning crew cleaned stadium all night long with pressure washer. From 11pm-6am and start up again at 7am.. sounded like someone mowing their lawn outside my window all night. I get they have to clean but maybe make attempts at making rooms more sound proof. Not a wink of sleep was had. "

Beautiful art deco restaurant lobby. went for an overnight with my daughter to catch a bluejays game and do some shopping and they upgraded us to exclusive suite floor 16. Unforgettable room and accommodations. Such sweet and positive staff from bellhops to room service to check in to text message concierge service. Thank you Fairmont!"
