Central, handy for sights, shows e.t.c. Staff very obliging and helpful, liked it so much we have booked again in August.

The location is perfect. Close to both the Waterloo station and the Westminster underground, making it easy to get around. The London Eye is only blocks away. The hotel is modern and clean. The room was a little small, but just find for what you need it for. There is also a gust laundry room available, which helps to save on packing when on a long trip. The only slight negative was that the bathroom door was a frosted sliding glass door, which made privacy for those times when you need them, hard to come by. Also, just a tip, the Underground is soooo easy to use, and everything is clearly marked. I recommend walking and taking the subway when needed.

Fantastic hotel staff were top notch and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and well maintained with turndown service at night. We were welcomed by a plate of complementary pistachio cakes, fruit and two bottles of water which was a nice touch. The room was large compared to many of the other european hotels i have stayed in and had modern convenience while still maintaing the Parisian charm of the building in the grand staircase, the little balcony and the fixtures and hardware. The location was great as it was across the street from the louvre and a metro station and was within walking distance to many of the sights. Neighbourhood also felt safe when walking later at night.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would definately recommend it to others. The staff were very helpful and the room itself was very clean and comfortable. Close to many of the main attractions with a view of the Eiffel Tower

Friendly english-speaking staff. Reasonable price considering the great location. Clean, modern hotel with great restaurant for meals or drinks. Highly recommended. We did have an issue with water to the hotel stopping on the morning of our check-out and it looks like major construction is about to start out the front of the hotel, so I would watch out for noise in future.

Rooms frequently cleaned although room could do with a makeover renovation, stained chairs, carpets etc but I guess you get that when you have a smokers room, which was great for me. Lobby simply gorgeous, staff very accommodating, wifi bit dubious but at least it was free, it just kept cutting out and you had to ring reception all the time. Great location across the road from the train station, street away from red light district (a must see), cruises and shopping strip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Hotel was within walking distance of where the river cruise ships dock --- 15 minutes. It was directly across from Center Station in Amsterdam (main transportation hub). Canal boats are between the Hotel and Central Station. The hotel was conveniently located for many local attractions, shopping, and many, many eating places. the Hotel provided storage space for our luggage prior to the room being available at no cost. Great place to stay --- would highly recommend the facility. Cost was a little too high is the only negative. When we departed Amsterdam to return home, we took the train at Central Station to the airport for only 4.4 Euro --- very reasonable and a five minute walk to the train from the hotel. Time to the airport on the train was only 15 minutes.
