This was a lovely hotel, staff were extremely helpful and attentive when needed. A special shout out to Neja on reception. Breakfast and staff excellent. Standard room with balcony very nice and air conditioning excellent. Lovely hotel would stay again.

Great location to the west of Old Town with a 20 min walk to the city walls (uphill on the way back 😰 but perfect for walking off food & drink enjoyed whilst there). The hotel lives up to its name “Premium”. Fabulous lobby on arrival. Staff smiling & waiting to serve as soon as you walk through the entrance. Bars & restaurants are sumptuous. Room was clean with sufficient storage for the few nights we stayed. Bed was extremely comfortable; especially after the 7 miles walked each day 😴 Can’t wait to return.

The staff was very kind and helpful. We only stayed one night, but ate all of our meals on the property. Everything was very good, or exquisitely delicious, especially the included breakfast! I recommend checking out the dessert display in the lobby bar—the macaroons were excellent. Pay attention to the elevator tutorial, it can be a bit of a challenge.

The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and variety of food. We used the bar once. The cocktails we had were very expensive and they were not particularly nice. I have had much better for cheaper before.

Overall the hotel, property, and staff were great and was a 20 mins walk from old town which was very convenient. However, housekeeping was very disappointing. They wouldn’t clean up dirty dishes, there were never enough towels in the bathroom and got a little attitude from the housekeeping staff. We enjoyed our stay but it could have been better.

The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views across the bay. The decor and quality of the rooms are very nice but starting to look a bit tired in places. The one downside is that the hotel was hosting the world cigar championship and the staff were too busy looking after the people attending that event to properly provide a good enough service to other hotel guests. It proved difficult getting any quality of service throughout the bars and restaurants during our stay.

One of the best resorts we have stayed at. Staff is beyond attentive and helpful. The only knock is they need some fans on the breakfast deck. Can be so hot it’s hard to enjoy the breakfast- which is incredible by the way.

Spa is amazing and can’t believe more isn’t made of it on their website. Breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. Really comfy beds. Loved being able to jump into the sea directly from the cliff by the pools of the hotel. Only downside was, I left a couple of items behind and, when I enquired with the hotel a couple of hours after we left, they claimed there was nothing there when it definitely was.
