Great resting host for our group. Public transport was close and we had parking for our vehicles. We had easy access to the pool and also a hot tub on our balcony. Overall a great place to stay.

Family holiday touring Croatia

I had 3 days at this wonderful property with my 22 year old twin boys. Location perfect ( bus to town 2 mins away ) Great restaurants on door step, shop for all groceries 3 mins walk away. Amazing hot tub and private swimming pool and views over mountains and countryside. A hidden oasis in the corner of Dubrovnik away from the crowds but close to all you need. It is basically 2 apartments that can confer table sleep 8/10 people.

Kulkeminen keskustaan oli yksinkertaista ja helppoa. Jäähdytys oli hyvä huoneessa, ei tullut kuuma. Perus siisti majoitus talo. Äänieristys oli huono huoneessa, jonkinlaisia hyttysiä oli jonkinverran huoneessa. Kylpyhuoneessa vain amme niin se vaikeutti suihkussa käymistä. Mutta muuten ihan kelpo yöpymispaikka.

Unclear instruction. Oddly smelled. Many insects

We were asked to fill in an online form to tell the owner our estimated check in time before we arrived. That’s why we thought the owner would pick us up at the location to pass us the key. However no one showed up when we were there. We called the owner but no one picked up the call. We re-read online form. No instructions about how to get the key. At the end, we called the CS hotline of the online form website and were told we could have just entered the room by ourselves coz the building and the room were unlocked.. Room smelled odd, quite probably the smell is from the drain.. Every now and then, you can see insects (worm?) crawling on the floor nearby the fridge.. kinda disgusting.. Room wasn’t clean, was quite dusty.

OK to stay for one night but pricey for condition

Location was good and the host lady was very friendly. There was plenty of parking space. However, there was an issue about cleanliness of the room. When we opened the bed we saw a long hair from the previous visitor. The bathroom had an issue too which I had a shower in the dirty water due to very slow drainage. Bed was not comfy either.

Eenvoudig appartement maar prima gezien we de meeste tijd toch op pad waren. 3 supermarkten en de bushalte op loopafstand ( met lijn 1a en 1b binnen 10 min in het centrum ) Wel wat geluidshinder door de ligging vlakbij een drukke weg.

Atout très intéressant: Ligne de bus à proximité permettant l'accès à Dubrovnik en 20 mn. Pas de problème de stationnement, le bus emprunte sur une partie du trajet un passage côtier remarquable ; retour possible jusqu'à. 2h00 du matin.

Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut, Allgemeine Erwartungen wurden weitestgehend erfüllt, aber Verbesserungsvorschläge sind: Duschvorhang anbringen, mehrere Minuten Wasser laufen lassen ist notwendig für warmes Wasser, auch eine Kanne für Tee/Kaffee bereitstellen, lange schwarze haare der Putzfrau liegen herum.

Great hotel away from the crowds

Great little economical apartment outside Dubrovnik but with a bus nearby and a supermarket as well. Enjoyed our stay in the quieter area away from the crowds. Hosts were delightful; helping us with catching the bus and directions.

Excellent service, great location

We had an amazing stay. The apartments are very easy to get to even without a car. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for the bus that runs from near the hotel to the old city. Beautiful rooms and extremely helpful staff. There was a small problem with the router, so to apologize they gave us a bottle of wine! Thank you so much! We will recommend to anyone going to Dubrovnik!

Convenient to the marina but not very clean

Convenient for us to go to the marina. However, not very clean. The sink was stopped up and would not drain. Old grime and fuzz would come back up into the sink. Gross!! Check out at 10 AM is a little early. Quite noisy with the road nearby.

The access to room with no staff is odd.

No reception needs to be handled a bit differently. Maybe a lock box on site with keys to your room with instruction emailed before hand.

Do not book here, they do not care!

They had zero hospitality, actually were mean compared to others we met. Our luggage was lost and they would do less than zero to assist us. Should not be in the business of tourism! Not even soap provided. Loud road noise, we were delayed and given wrong information about our check in and room number after being in five countries that day. Clean but would not recommend with their stinky attitude, not even a lit sign at night by the road for their place.

quite location near a marina with few restaurants and supermarkets around, bus to old town only 15 min away, helpful reception lady /note it is not 24h reception type of a hotel/, gives you a different view of what is just outside busy new town, would return if given the chance

Ganske ok leilighet med passelig stander og fin med klima anlegg i stuen. I soverommet er det plassert en stor vifte slik at det fører til fin temperatur. Relativ ok kjøkken. Dersom du velger å bo her er det anbefaler å lei bil fordi det ligger noe stykke unna det meste, og kan så å si ikke gå. fin og stor parkeringsplass. Trådløs internet er ok. Hyggelige personale.

Peaceful apartment 15 min away from centre

We had a nice 6-day stay at the Apartments Dubelj. At first the location seemed a bit far from Dubrovnik centre, but in the end it was really nice to have peace and quiet in the evenings. And with a bus stop nearby, you could get to the town in 15 minutes. The room had everything we needed for the week. Big bed, bathroom/shower, fridge, and the air conditioner was really nice to have with +35 degrees outside!

아주 친절한 직원

두브로니코 올드 타운까지 가는 버스가 걸어서 5분거리 정도에 있고 차 세우기도 편합니다 예쁜 직원이 아주 친절해서 뭐든지 도와주려고 하고 가방도 들어주려고 했습니다 일박하고 다음날 체크아웃 시간 지나서도 차를 세우도록 해주었고 테라스에서 편히 식사도 할 수 있었습니다 욕조에 커튼이 없이 앉아서 샤워를 해야 해서 약간 부담스러운것이 흠입니다
