It was a nice hotel, I enjoyed the indoor pool for cooler days and it had a beautiful view. It could use some sprucing up on some cleaning and broken items upon further inspection and dinner was okay not worth 55€, but overall a nice stay. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach and 30 minute walk into Old Town.

Our stay at the hotel was magnificent! A perfect getaway from the city but close enough by car or walking that we could still enjoy it. The room was very clean and comfortable. The whole pool deck experience felt like a resort. The staff was helpful and attentive and it was everything I wanted for my vacation. The ladders into the Adriatic ocean were the perfect addition for when we wanted to cool down quickly with a dip. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!! We will be back!

Fabulous hotel with very friendly staff. The room was spotless, spacious and the sea view was well worth the extra money. The spa and massage treatments were wonderful, I’d highly recommend the magnesium full body treatment. The gym was well equipped for a hotel gym, it could do with a bit more space for floor/ mat work. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was wonderful, endless options to meet your preferences and the piano player really added to the ambience. Great location, about 20-25 mins walk into the old town (up hill on the way back). I’d stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

The best breakfast buffet with fresh and delicious food. Excellent service from the front desk to restaurants, to pool longes and spa! The spa offers free use of its amenities such as sauna, steam room, hammam with warm marble, salt room, indoor pools, etc. The hotel is in walking distance to the Old City as well as Lapad (or next to bus stops if you want to skip walking). The room was well kept and have great view. The property upgraded us. Had comp wine multiple times. Breakfast is plentiful with many selections. Dinner buffets were plentiful as well. We love the property and will definitely come back.

I traveled all around the world and I can confidently said this is my top 1, from the confirmation of my arrival the staff made me feel welcome and ready to host me. The checking was great, the person at the front desk actually walk with us to ensure we knew where was everything located, room service, cleaning service, and the restaurants were on point and the food variety was great and delicious. The last time I was in Dubrovnik, I stayed at the Hilton which is more centrally located. The Rixos was a much better place to stay. The rooms are bigger with better amenities. The views are incredible. It is only a 20-30 walk along the sea to the Old Town. The food was excellent. A totally enjoyable experience.

We had the most fantastic stay at Rixos! We came to celebrate my husbands 40th which we were welcomed with Prosecco and cake in the room to celebrate. We stayed in the Spa suite (incredible!!!) From arrival you are greeted with a glass of fizz or orange juice. The service is amazing, breakfast is so fresh and lovely. We didn’t eat at the hotel but feel it would have been great if we did. Highly recommend visiting the city walls at 5pm before they close to avoid business, and then take a cable car up to the panorama restaurant. Honestly can’t wait to come back, it’s been one of our favourite places to visit! P.s- book the sea view- you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Rixos!!!!
