"Overall positive experience. The only thing that was a minor issue was still having to deal with stairs after using the elevator which was inconvenient when dealing with large suitcases. But I can’t really fault them for it since no doubt it’s an old building and shoehorning an elevator in is going to result in some interesting choices architecturally. But other than that I enjoyed my stay."

"We hadnt actually booked this hotel, it was a last minute change from another booking. We certainly struck gold! The hotel is so central for the St James park tube station, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster & the Thames. We were allocated a twin room, very clean, spacious and had all the facilities you would require.
