It was really good stay lovely place , majority of staff had a smile in their faces and went out of there way to help . only bed which should have been a double was two singles put together so dipped in middle . Apart from that was excellent stay .
On our wedding anniversary we stayed in the lovely cottage by the main house, and had our own private garden. Thoughtful and very welcoming owners supplied milk, apples and cake. The best was the bed - the most comfortable we ever slept in! Breakfast in the main house was good too. Definitely planning on a return visit.
I was invited to join colleagues at a Spa Day and following on from that an evening dinner at the hotel. Initially I thought I would go just for the treatments and come home rather than stay for the dinner, followed by a "Life's too Short" moment, so I decided to stay over and enjoy the company. I was soooooo glad I did. From the initial cocooning in the health club, the treatments, the light lunch seamlessly passing over to the hotel itself, booking in, drinks at the bar to the formal dinner - Wonderful. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. The staff were obliging never 'in your face' but appeared as if by magic, just when you wanted to top up your glass, or have a carafe of water to go with your wine. They were pleasant to talk to when waiting for others and full of suggestions for local outings as well.
There aren't many places inside the M25 for £40 a night but 7 punches well above its weight!! A great night which also resulted in a group of us going back the night after for food when we should have been travelling back up north. Either stopping in the hotel or just calling for food I would thoroughly recommend this place!

Very friendly and excellent service in this lovely B&B in the countryside. Fantastic breakfast, nice and very large bedroom with en-suite. Lovely family who catered for our late arrival time. Would recommend, and certainly come again. Was visiting for a friends wedding in the area and this B&B offered the best value for money that I saw in the area.
We were very pleased with the Best Western Manor Hotel. I visited many times different kind of hotels, also worked for a while in a 5 star hotel, but comparing with my overall experiences that was the best hotel so far. I have many reasons to say this, first of all the reception staff was very helpful and kind to us. We arrived quite late there, our room was very clean and well provided with everything, I felt home and I had the best sleep in this year because was very quiet and comfy (room, bed, good atmosphere). We got everything what we requested and some extras as well.
The main reason why we definitely recommend the hotel, because we made a fatal mistake on our behalf did not bring British pound with us and just realised one day before our trip back to home we don't have money to hire a taxi to get to the train station. It was a very stressful situation because that happened in the middle of the night and we worried about that won't be able to get the train in time back to London to reach our bus, so the night porter/shift leader exchanged the money for us to help out from that terrible situation otherwise we couldn't travel back in time. Unfortunately we don't know his name but we want to say a big thank you for him and for the whole hotel staff who kept tidy our room and cheered up our stay. Thank you very much. I hope we will have the chance to go back to visit the Hotel and the beautiful and friendly Gravesend again.
