"My kids live with their mother, which is 2 hours away, my daughter had a dance so we booked this hotel specifically to spend the day with my children because it's advertised as having a pool. It does have a pool, but you have to pay £5 per hour to use it per person AND there's lots of closed off times that you can't use the pool. None of this information is shared on Hotels.com. I would NOT have booked this room had I known that upfront"

"I must say the meal we had was very very poor not worth £17 at all very disappointing unfortunately we are staying another night because of weather & my husband not being well so it’s proving to be expensive for us ! Going back to your menu we only had a Katsu curry only 3pieces of chicken 😡"

"This is not my kind of hotel to be honest. I stayed there to catch an early ferry to Caen.But the hotel was very nice and the staff quite helpful. They arranged a taxi for me very early in the morning and it all worked perfectly. The free breakfast was good enough too. The outlet mall could be anywhere in the world and I am not a fan. "

"We couldn’t take full advantage of what the hotel had to offer. As it was a stopover. The room we stayed in was lovely. Also the view was lovely. Hopefully we can come again so we can enjoy the hotel for longer. "
