"For its location, you couldn’t really ask for more. Sure, the hotel is a bit tired and in need of a lick of paint here and there but I thought it was great value. Very close to the main attractions and reception staff were really friendly and attentive. Expect a basic room but my room was clean and spacious and a very good as a base to explore town. Only slight negative was confusing layout when getting to and from room and limited parking. There is a large multi story literally around the corner but not the cheapest :-)"

"A beautiful entrance as you drive up to the hotel. Loads of parking spaces. The receptionist was very polite & efficient when booking us in. The rooms were tidy/clean well kept. The bed was confortable, the pillows were to die for. Loved our evening meal, great choices, & flavoursome. The grounds were picturesque & loved the wild life/nature. Perfect for a stroll. Only negative was the loudness of doors banging shut. Otherwise I give this hotel 4stars "
