"Amazing little property,communication fantastic! I stayed here the night prior to my wedding. On arrival,i was welcomed with a lovey card wishing me well for my wedding day and a lovely box of chocolates. The room which is open planned had a double bed which was very comfortable. The shower was fab and powerful. And shampoo and body wash was provided. We were surprised to see all the highland cows in the morning, which was lovely..over all i would definately return . "

"It is luxurious hotel, small and boutique style. Breakfast was included in the stay and food was great. Not having an elevator made it difficult to move luggage and the room size doesn't allow for suitcases. The room could also use drawer space to put things away in. The bathroom was beautiful and floor was heated. Staff was incredibly nice and friendly. We thoroughly enhjoyed our stay"

"Absolutely loved staying at 24 Royal Terrace! Felt so welcome as soon as we arrived by the friendly staff/ hotel manager Jonathon. Rooms are great with a peaceful garden/ countryside view. "Always an amazing experience at YOTEL in Edinburgh. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed here 3 times over the past 5 months. Never had any issues and the room has always been great. The only let down is cleanliness, there are those parts of the room that are missed, such as corners being filled with dirt/dust, Linen being stained, and floors not being vacuumed. It’s the small attention to detail for the cleaning that is a bit of a let down. However, it is generally clean. The location is great, it’s central enough to be able to go into the various parts of Edinburgh. There is breakfast available, however for the price you can have a much nicer breakfast elsewhere in Edinburgh. I would only choose the breakfast out of sheer convenience. YOTEL’s are set up to be straightforward and convenient. The systems to check in are great, if you don’t want to interact with other humans there’s generally no need. "
