This hotel although on a busy road wasn't at all noisy but wow, the room we had (family room ) was stunning! Two showers, huge beds and beautifully decorated. Enough choice at breakfast but no decaf drinks so take your own. Downside was The Bothy (restaurant) attached to the hotel doesn't do room service and only a lunch or evening menu - there wasn't anything available for us to eat as a light bite. We unfortunately went next door to that hotel to eat which was very good and had a varied menu.
Good value hotel. Rooms looking a bit tired these days and restaurant staff could do with a lesson in noticing their customers want their attention a bit quicker, but convenient for Zoo, great pool and jacuzzi, and not far from airport.
The b&b was very clean, we liked our room. Friendly staff and a good brekkie. Only a 5 minute bus journey into Edinburgh City centre. Only downside was the place did smell strongly of fry ups! But we'd stop again.

This was possibly the most friendly, welcoming, peaceful and comfortable bed and breakfast that I've ever stayed in, in a nice and quiet part of Edinburgh. I was in Edinburgh on work and didn't want to leave after my 3 days' stay. I'd recommend the Beverley to everyone.

We wanted to be close to Murrayfield Stadium for the Rugby and this guesthouse is a few minutes walk. Room was clean, staff very polite and helpful. Rooms were overpriced but this was the same in every hotel over 6 Nations period. Not much parking space - only room for 3 or 4 cars.
Comfortable one night stay in a well appointed and clean hotel. Excellent breakfast, modern decor and facilities. Ground floor guest room sometimes noisy as located next to kitchen and on main entrance hallway. Views of the Pentland hills through balcony doors.

I had a large comfortable room on the first floor. Room was a bit chilly as a window hade been left open and it wasn't easy to close. Breakfast was freshly cooked, always a good thing, and didn't disappoint.
Murrayfield is best known as the home of Murrayfield Stadium and the Scottish Rugby Union. The area is an affluent region of Edinburgh and the highly sought after Easter Belmont Road lies adjacent to Murrayfield Golf Course. Visitors can take advantage of the area's location near Edinburgh Zoo and the central Haymarket train station.
