"This is a great hotel in a fantastic location close to Old Town. Josef, the concierge could not have been more helpful with his suggestions and offers of assistance. The doorman was equally helpful with welcoming us and helping us with our bags. Indeed, ALL the staff were professional, courteous and helpful. Due to our planned itinerary we did not use the hotel facilities to their full but I have not hesitation in believing that they would have been upto the standard that we experienced. Our...

The laundry service was unfortunate; they provided me the incorrect laundry box (a male guests intimate items) and mine (intimate items) was given to someone else. After I informed reception of this, they immediately sent someone to my room and within 30 minutes, I had my items. So, quick assistance that was resolved. "
