“Second Stay”
Very nice hotel staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast excellent. My only complaint was the room size seemed small and when using the kettle you had to have the cupboard open as it was situated inside on a pull out tray and wired in so you couldnt change the position of it. This meant you couldnt get round the bottom of the bed as the doors touched it when open.
“Warm welcome, great location and lovely hotel”
This is my second trip to the K & K Fenix Hotel in Prague. I have no hesitation in recommending to others. We were met with a very warm welcome on arrival and friendly staff. Although we arrived around 11.30am our room was already ready. The hotel is in a great location off Wenceslas Square. It is on the same road as 2 'cabaret clubs' but we were not troubled by this at all. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice of cereals, meat, cheeses, pastries, eggs and bacon and champagne! Worth a trip.

“I would go back”
The Fenix Hotel is a great value, at least in October, when the high season is coming to an end. There is another Fenix Hotel of the same group, called Fenix Central, not to be confused with this one. Here are some specifics: Location: yes, there are a few strip clubs on the street, but everything takes place inside. The pedestrians are not bothered by anyone belonging to those establishments, and there is no noise coming from them. The bright neon lights actually helped us to identify the steet every time we walked back from our wanderings. Accomodations: the room and the bathroom are quite large and well lit, and have all the ammenities expected from a high-end hotel. The decor is modern and tasteful. Breakfast: satisfactory and plenty. We did not dine at the hotel. Staff: helpful and friendly. Internet access: free in the common areas, several computers and printers are available. Walk to historic center square: 15 minutes. Walk to Charles Bridge: 30 minutes. Walk to Prague Castle: 45 minutes. We would sit in a cafe and rest during longer walks. I highly recommend this hotel.
“A good hotel with 1 problem”
The hotel was very good regarding cleanning and location and staff, but!, In the street of the hote there are sevral striptese clubs and drunken people, The negihbourhood Not suitable for little children.
“Would go back again”

“Manc in Praha 2011”
Hotel was functional, half decent location for the New Town, and if you are in a stag doo. Not that great a location for a quiet break as there are a number of Gentlemans drinking establishments in close proximity to the hotel which brings a certain crowd (touts and clients)!! However, we were never disturbed by noise or rowdiness, Room was small and bed pillows very small, but we hardly spent any time in the room as so much to see and do! Very close to Wencelas Sq and the main High St, so all in all a decent location for many travellers, but about 20 mins walk from the Old Town where all the decent places to eat are located! Also about 40 mins walk to the Caste area, Would recommend the hotel, but would highlight the pro's and cons!
“Champagne for breakfast”
The standard and comfort of the hotel was excellent and the breakfast buffet, complete with sparkling wine, brilliant the only downside was the bedroom door lock which proved a tad tough for weaker or arthritic hands. Staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms immaculate and the beds and bedding wonderfully comfortable. Well placed for Wenceslas Square, don't be put off by the neigbouring 'girlie' clubs they are harmelss and caused no noise or inconvenience (and we were enjoying ourselves so much in the city that we were not getting back until very late).
“A good hotel in Prague”
This was a very nice hotel in Prague, and an excellent deal for the price. It's on a strange street, with a couple gentleman's clubs across the way, but besides that, the location and access to the city center were great.
