"Beds were comfortable, rooms are up to date with convenience of small kitchen area. Quieter pools were nicer. Large pools are very noisy and hard to find any chairs mid morning on. Property is large so not easy to get to activities ie tennis courts. Also noisy with workers everywhere and golf course. "

"Always stayed at the dolphin, first time at swan, now will always be swan. Better rooms, better view, quieter and rooms have mini fridges.."

"Always come here and will continue. Only downfall Starbucks management needs a coaching on customer experience. They don’t know how to run the shop. Horrible experience. 40 min wait for food. They don’t say anything until you order your food. Better off driving to Dunkin. Better service and my opinion food options and price "

"This property is absolutely stunning. The pool was absolutely perfect for the nice sunny days. The staff was kind and helpful. Our room was clean. We always enjoy our stays at the Hyatt, but this location is our favorite. We’ll definitely be back. "

"Place is very nice new and clean. Problem is knowing how to get in there I drove around place 3 times as off the main road not great signage no parking other than limited street parking or Valet for me this is bad as I go in and out a lot hate waiting for Valet and having to move car every 4 hours on street to not get towed."

"The property overall was very nice and relaxing. The only thing i didn't like was that, the water park was not included with your resort stay, nor does it state that on the website. Also, that the amenities around the resort closes really early 6pm"

"The property is always lovely and well maintained. Customer service is always wonderful and housekeeping is great! Love the restaurant options and bar too. 2 suggestions: Wishing there were more portable shade poolside since guests camp/save cabanas and lounge chairs all day. If the sleeper sofa beds could be improved, it would make a huge difference in comfort. Not only can you feel all the bars and springs, but it’s slopes down where your feet rest."
