This 638-room resort offers villas in five-story buildings, and several two-story townhomes arrayed around spacious grounds graced by palm trees and flowering gardens.
Balconies or patios have furniture. Decor features pastel walls and ceilings, caramel-colored tropical furnishings, and multi-colored fabrics.
Fully equipped kitchens include blenders and toasters. DVD players offer entertainment, with movies available for rent. Ceiling fans provide another cooling option to villas' air conditioning. Stacked or full-sized washers/dryers are provided.
Housekeeping (surcharge) is available with 24-hour advance notice. Towel exchanges and pool towel exchanges are available on request. Partial maid service includes cleaning of unit without new linens. Full maid service includes entire cleaning of unit plus bedroom and bathroom linens. Fees range from $18-$26 for a One Bedroom and $26-$34 for a Two Bedroom.All villas are nonsmoking.

Shipwreck Sally's Bar & Grill - Located next to Liki Tiki Lagoon water park. Open for lunch, dinner. Burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, children's menu, steak, sautéed tuna, sautéed chicken. Polynesian luau show and buffet featuring pit-roasted pork Thursday evenings. Family-style fish fry Friday evenings.

“Perfect for a family on a budget”
We were a bit wary due to some of the reviews we read prior to our visit but were pleasantly surprised with the 2 bedroom townhouse we were allocated. Staff were very accommodating and efficient. The condo had everything you needed and had you required anything extra a phone call sufficed. The resort has 24 hour security with all visitors required to identify themselves upon entry.
“brilliant holiday, wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend”
Our family of 5 stayed at Liki Tiki for 3 weeks mid august till september. We had contacted the hotel after booking because we were concerned about reports of uncleanliness and I have an imune deficiency. We were put in a beautiful 2 bed apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had complimentary cleaning every week. It was supplied with its own hoover and cleaning supplies. Other reviews mentioned cockroaches. There were cockroaches - this is Florida- but they will only enter your apartment if you are unclean!! If you leave crumbs and don't clear up, it is only to be expected in a hot climate. If you are unfortunate enough to have an unclean aprtment next door you may inherit their critters. The pool and facilities were brilliant. I have 3 kids, 10,9 and 8 and they even prefered hanging out playing tennis and mini golf and swimming to going to the parks some days. As to reviews of rowdy, uncontrolled kids in the pool - that would be fault of their parents. During our stay there were no problems at all, and the life guards were always vidulent -jumping in to pull out toddlers that mums had let roam off. My only two comments would be that 1)the pool bar closed too early.at 9:30pm. We would return late each eve and end up pining for a cocktail to drink on the balcony 2) The pool nearest the main check in could have been cleaner...however later in our stay i saw the cleaning truck there. Apart from that, I have nothing but great praise for this resort - thanks liki tiki!
“Comfortable accomodation”
This resort is currently undergoing renovations but we had no problems. The villa type condos are super for what a small family needs.

FROM CHECK IN TO CHECK OUT EVERYTHING WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.FRIENDLY STAFF AT FRONT DESK- CLEANERS- MAINTENANCE AND SECURITY GATE FIRST TIME I HAVE BEEN AT WEST SIDE OF 192 BUT IT WAS A SHORT DRIVE TO SHOPS AND EATERIES OUR APARTMENT WAS VERY BRIGHT AND CLEAN AND SPACIOUS FOR OUR NEEDS I WOULD RECOMMEND LIKI TIKI FOR ALL AGES
“Excellent value, would recomend”
Having read reviews expressing the pushiness of the rep to get the parking pass, I was pleasantly surprised that she took no for answer to the meeting immediately. Check-in was a breeze and staff throughout were extremely courteous and helpful. 10 minutes from Disney, 15-20mins from I-drive parks. Hotel facilities excellent for families. In one of the older blocks but still good standard of cleanliness and building condition, one or two messages a day about the following days activities on the telephone, however it doesn't ring, just a flashing light. Would return and would recommend.

“Well Impressed by Liki Tiki Village”
Had great time at Liki Tiki, though arrived late & it was dark so missed the sign for the 'Bali' road a few times, very small. We stopped in a town house & had no complaints, staff very helpful, pools were good & so was the food, but cheaper eating out. If your thinking of going to theme parks buy tickets before you go, saved a lot of money, bought mine from mapleleaf.com, paid 192 pounds for a 7 day disney pass +7 extra days of fun eg. waterparks.
“Excellent Choice of accomodation”
The location of this hotel was excellent, central to all the disney/universal parks, 30mins from the airport and lots of restaurants, also very close to the walmart. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable!! Washing and drying clothes was fantastic- didn't have to worry about doing it all when back home!! The room provided all the necessaries and we also had a complimentary clean in week 2. If I was to criticise anything, that would be the old fashioned "heat on the hob" kettle - it took ages!!!!!
“Would Stay again”
You will need a car if you stay here as it slight out of the way. Travelled with my husband and sons aged 17 and 9. They loved both the water park and second pool. Played golf, shuffle-board and went out in a peddle boat. Having a kitchen and the second bedroom was really convenient. Enough pots/pans in kitchen to make breakfast and basic meals. About 15 mins from Disney and 20 from IOA/ Prime Outlets Would definitely stay here again. Very relaxing.
“Will come back very soon”
It was a beautiful hotel and very friendly staffs, they went out of their way to make us happy, we had a wonderful time there even the weather were not very nice the first few day. Ten days was too short, we will book the holiday longer next time. Miss it already...
