"The room was very nice, although I wish they had a concrete option to pick rooms with specific numbers of beds. We were not guaranteed two twin beds and an extra bed, and so we did not get the extra bed. The in room service option did not work for me, but the breakfast was very good and the mealtimes were very nice too."

"We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The rooms are small, but no smaller than others we had stayed in around Europe (possibly bigger than those in Europe at 4 star hotels) and fine for the one night we were staying. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, with many eateries within walking easy distance to the hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful, particularly when booking taxis from the hotel. The late 3pm check-in was the only downside as we had...

"We stayed for a week and was given a great view room. Facility were good and quiet. Only downside was we have booked another room for our guest but occasional there is cigarette smell coming through the air cond！"

"Park view suites are spacious and tastefully designed. Staff, without exception, are friendly, efficient , highly professional and always happy to help. Hotel has great facilities and is very centrally situated , in the heart of Orchard Road. easy access to all major areas by bus, MRT, taxi, or walking depending on where you want to go.
