Hai Tien Lo Cantonese Restaurant – Located on the 37th floor, this restaurant features floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of the city and Marina Bay. Open for lunch and dinner.

Keyaki Japanese Restaurant – Inspired by a 17th-century farmhouse the restaurant serves Japanese cuisine in a dark-wood, high-beamed dining hall. Zambuca Italian Restaurant – This fine-dining restaurant and bar is decorated in dark colors with gold and olive-green accents. It serves modern Italian cuisine with a wine selection of over 1,600 labels from an 8,000-bottle inventory. Meals are served indoors or alfresco style. Closed for lunch on weekends; open daily for dinner.

Atrium Lounge – Overlooking the 35-story atrium, this lounge serves light snacks, tapas, and beverages. Live jazz entertainment is featured in the evenings. Japanese sake and finger foods are also a specialty.

Atrium Deli – Located in the lobby, this deli offers a selection of cakes, pastries, and sandwiches as well as jars of cookies and chocolates.

Poolside bar - Snacks, pizza, fish and chips, and sandwiches as well as coffee, tea, fruit juices, and cocktails are served daily for lunch and dinner.

“Luxury near the Marina”

Great breakfast, friendly service and very comfortable bed. This hotel is huge but well seviced by lifts with views. Lovely pool - cold water and apples provided and best changing rooms ever! A short taxi ride from the malls in Orchard Rd but local Marina malls accessed from the hotel.

Area recommendations

The Chinese quarter has a mix of elegant boutique shops, restaurants and lanes of markets. Orchard Rd at Christmas is beautifully decorated - in fact from Nov - Feb the streets and hotels are all decorated - a fairyland!

“Nice hotel, reasonably priced”

i wasn't sure what to expect with the Pan Pacific, but it's definitely a high class, large, nice hotel with professional staff. The area is very close to restaurants and shopping. I split my stay up into two hotels- Pan Pacific and Moon hotel. The moon hotel was about half the price, but when I got there I wished I had stayed the entire stay at the Pan Pacific. I'd recommend this place.

Area recommendations

Orchard road is a popular tourist area. If you walk the entire strip it's about 2 miles, which is nice if you want some exercise. There's also places very nearby the hotel and cabs are easy to find.

“Would love to return”

“An Excellent Choice Again”

Stayed at this Pan Pacific for a second time on a short stopover and were delighted to have done so. Stay further enhanced with a complimentary room upgrade and late checkout (to 3pm). All staff were gracious and attentive. All necessary facilities available. Plenty of dining choices too. We'll be back.

“VERY IMPRESSED”

i am the second time at pan pacific ,and can't wait to go back!!!! thne staff was great,we werer arriving at 7.30 am ,and got the room by 8.15. there re not many hotels in the world where u get this.we were just arriving from new york. huge difference. great location,very friendly staff ,very clean room!!!! AS A GOOD FRIEND OF MINE USE TO SAY: YOU WILL NEVER NEVER KNOW ,IF YOU NEVER NEVER GO :-))) JUST DO IT AND U WONT REGRET

“Fantastic Hotel, with amazing service and Great Location”

From the moment we arrived at Pan Pacific, we could tell it was all about the service. There were people on hand to take the luggage, someone to take us to check in and an incredibly friendly welcome. We were staying the Pacific Club rooms on the 33rd floor which were very comfortable and the service we recieved was amazing. The location of the hotel is perfect for sight seeing and if you don't fancy walking, the tour bus stop and the MRT are within 5 mins walk from the hotel.

“Great welcome and stay”

We booked a Pacific Club room to stay here on our way home after several weeks of travel. We arrived around 9.00 am after a 12 hour flight and were greeted warmly at reception on ground level then shown to the lift to reach the dedicated Pacific Club reception on Level 33. Here we were seated, given cold towels and orange juice whilst undertaking the check-in process. We were generously upgraded to a Pacific Club suite and given immediate access to our room which was wonderful after the long flight. Pacific Club access meant we were able to enjoy evening drinks and canapes from 5.30 pm - 8.00 pm in the Sunset Lounge (on level 34) and take in the choreographed light show over the city and marina when the sun had set. Additionally, breakfast in the Sunrise Lounge (on level 33) offers a good range of hot and cold foods, including an egg station where they will whip you up an omelette. Our room was spacious and clean with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable and relaxing stay and the hotel location is convenient for several shopping centres including Suntec, Marina Square and Millennia Walk. Also within walking distance are the Singapore Flyer (the wheel) and the Marina Bay Sands resort and shopping centre. In all our experiences we found the staff to be very friendly, courteous and helpful. No request seemed to be a trouble to them. This was our second stay at the hotel and we would happily stay there again in the future.
