"Booking: I went through Expedia to book my package and vacation, which was 6 days at the Emerald Estates Luxury Villas, part of the Pueblo Bonito Resorts properties, all-inclusive package. The booking was easy, straightforward, and left little to vague interpretation or fine print nonsense. The package was stated as an all inclusive package with access to the other resort property that was more activities-based and featured more restaurants to choose from. "PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE ITS TERRIBLE. There are no staff to help with anything. The villas are located inside a shared premises with other property including a elderly living complex. The pool was disgusting, the villa itself was dirty and old. We had to leave after being there for two hours because we didn’t feel safe at all!! "

"Puedo recomendar ampliamente esta propiedad, bien ubicada, tiene cercanía con oxxo, farmacia, bodega aurrera, lugares para comer, la catedral, el centro, el faro. Las instrucciones para llegar muy claras y la comunicación con propietarios rápida, no tuve necesidad de comunicarme con ellos por alguna incomodidad ya que todo estuvo muy bien. Sin duda podría volver a hospedarme en este lugar en un regreso al puerto de Mazatlán. "
