"We enjoyed staying here more than words can stay. Hopefully we can return again next year! If you are looking for one of those resorts with parties and music all the time, this is NOT it. This rental is in Phase 1, which is one of the 2 smaller sections of condos. Usually there were no more than 10-12 people at the pool at any one time. Everyone here was helpful and friendly! This rental unit had everything we needed for the time we were there. Usually we just cooked and ate on our own deck....

"On the beach. The description did not fit what I got. We were 45 minutes from center of town and beautiful Mazatlan boardwalk. The A/C is controlled by someone, so be prepared to wake up drenched in sweat. No one tends the wet bar. The place s nice but it’s a one visit wonder for me!!"

"I booked this property because of the ability to cook for my niece. Unfortunately, although the host was responsive and sent a technician, the electric kitchenette didn't work, I was able to cook only once! This was very frustrating and inconvenient, considering this was the main reason for this booking. "
