I really enjoyed my extended stay here. The location is fantastic, the room was fantastic (I was fortunate to be upgraded) & the staff were lovely. The only "issue" was noise from other guests as it seems to market towards hen parties & groups of lads in Manchester to party - but it really wasn't a huge problem (it was limited to the weekend only).

We stayed at the Crown Plaza for a mid week stay to see a show and visit the Greman Market.
Check in was easy and we were allocated our room in less than a minuet. The receptionist was very friendly and chatty. We had a standard Queen size room wich was very spacious and very well appointed. The level of cleanliness was very high and the amount complimentary extras were above what I was expecting.
The bed was exceptional comfortable and the request for extra pillows was not a problem.
Although the room looked out onto a very busy road there was not traffic noise in the room and the red glass window panel cut out the glare.
There was a wide range of options available at breakfast from continental to a 'Full English' that was well cooked and not greasy.
The Hotel had a modern and contemporary feel about it and a high standard overall. Will stay here again with out a doubt and will not hesitate to recommend it to any one who is looking for a hotel in Manchester.

Went to Manchester to see the Eagles, we have never stopped overnight in Manchester, so we wanted to make sure we had a good place to stay. We wanted a hotel which was situated between Piccadilly Railway station and the Phones for U arena, and this hotel was ideally situated.
We went to Manchester for the Pharell Williams concert. A hotel room near the arena was very difficult to find or extremely expensive. Premier Apartments was nearby and a very reasonably priced alternative. Initially I didn't think booking an apartment for 2 people for a night was sensible but this turned out to be perfect especially as it was cheaper than most hotel rooms! My only disappointment was that we didn't stay longer.
