"Comfy bed. Outstanding shower in room and coffee machine which seems to be less common these days. Really helpful and friendly staff. Work is going on in hotel but did not affect my comfort at all. Spa and gym classes were all booked up, I came on a whim so didn’t prebook anything. They fit me in for a facial which was outstanding. "Very accommodating hotel. We were going racing at Sandown and parked at the hotel in the morning before we Checked in. Took a taxi, which they pre-booked for us, to the course. Only improvement I would suggest, minor thing, is the size of the shower head needs to be bigger."

"Tired bedrooms and some stains on the mattress showing through to the bedsheets. Some areas needing to be deeper cleaned tops of curtains and some holes under desk area which have not been filled. No escalators from basement so if you have luggage be aware there are two flights of stairs to go up with your baggage. Positives, comfy bed and clean bathrooms and good service. "

"This is a very serviceable hotel, but the area around it is industrial. Another problem is there are only busses to the airport every HOUR!! Not so bd if yo are in the hotel, but terrible if you have just landed"
