"Friendly helpful staff member on reception checked me in and she explained everything parking breakfast local amenities etc. I stayed in room 20 in the annex which was comfortable clean & quiet ( even tho it over looked the pub courtyard) the bathroom soap dishes & toilet seat needed replacing but that was my only gripe 😁… on the whole a lovely hotel in the centre of chertsey with attentive staff and a pleasant atmosphere… I did not eat there due to working late so can’t comment on the food "

I was allocated room 23 as I made my way to my room I did get a little lost due to stairways and corridors but this was not a problem. I arrived at my room and was pleasantly surprised, the room was bright and extremely clean I couldn’t fault it at all. "Ok for an overnight or short business trip. If you want a romantic weekend or celebrating an occasion then this isn’t the place as it’s predominantly a business centre with basic rooms. Try Bel and the Dragon just a stones throw in the town which would have been my first choice if they weren’t full. However CIM does offer value for money."
