"I plumped for one of their rooms without a window as I wasn’t there to admire the scenery. The bed was massive but perhaps a bit hard for my taste, other than that the room had everything you needed. The first day I discovered that 9 o’clock wasn’t a good time for breakfast, the place was rammed full and people were often waiting on specific items. "Great stay, room had plenty of space even with the cot in it. Very clean and the staff at reception and the Sky Restraunt were brilliant. The shops, food places and bars in the resort make it a great place to stay. Only 20 minutes away from the Bullring Shopping Centre also! "

"Beautiful and spacious hotel room in the heart of downtown. Nice bathroom, with a well maintained shower. Plenty of hot water. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove on site for your convenience. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown Birmingham, and the whole downtown is walkable from the hotel. 5 stars!!"

"The hotel was lovely clean and in a lovely location walking distance from airport but far enough away for it to be peaceful. We had a room on the 5th floor it was clean and a good size bed was not great but ok for 1 night my only fault for my stay was waking up at around 4am when i heard what i think was a washing machine above me i have a feeling the floor above 5th is for staff maybe and thats where they have their laundry done so would avoid the 5th floor if possible "
