"Then hotel is very close to main attraction and there is a tram service available about 100 meters from the hotel. The hotel staff are very nice offering every possible help. The breakfast was average with very little selection. The carpet in the lobby and staircase needs to be replaced."

"Excellent hotel. Guy on reception is outstanding. The street numbering in Florence is confusing but once you find the hotel its worth it. Rooms are well equiped, comfortable and clean. Could do with a lick of paint throughout and topping up tea and coffee each day but that doesnt impact the facilities and friendliness of staff. Breakfast - continental is free and a good choice, adds to the many benefits. I definately would stay again and would reccomend this hotel to anyone wanting a central...

The hotel is in a good, but noisy neighborhood, very near the train station. Lots of restaurants to choose from. The only downside were groups of teenage kids staying..very noisy and rude. But, I understand from the new management, they won't be serving groups of students in future."

"The hotel is located in a convenient place, near by public transportation, if you are in a good shape you can also walk and it is outside the ZTL zone if you are renting a car. Breakfast was really good, we received wine as a welcome and the room was clean, beds confortable and with street view. The only issue the elevator broke the day we left and we had to carry our bags from the 4th floor. "
