On checkout day, the front desk asked for a tip for the staff, which was quite bold. We explained we tipped the staff everyday. The hotel does not provide any lotion in the rooms. Also, I sent two messages to the hotel asking if they found golf shirts that my husband may have left in the room. They have not responded."
