Lovely hotel in a good location with easy access to the beach, stunning views, and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for the money. Positano is a great holiday destination. Perfect place for a romantic getaway or a special occasion. I will definitely come back and will stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel for nine days and were pleased with our choice. The hotel is very clean, and the room that we had was spacious and had a lovely sea view. The staff were very friendly and helpful: the only complaint that I have in this area was that one early morning call was 40 minutes late, which nearly caused us to miss our trip that day. Otherwise, all staff were excellent.
We ate at some very good restaurants. Our favourite local restaurant is on the coastal path between the two beaches and is called Lo Guarracino. The views are breathtaking and the food is excellent. If you want to eat away from Positano, then try La Terre up in the mountains. The hotel will book your table, and transport to and from the restaurant is included in the bill. I found the food at this restaurant to be outstanding. If you want to eat close to the hotel and want to escape the cars and buses which constantly pass through the town, then try Valle Dei Mulina. Unfortunately, at some of the other local restaurants we found that traffic was passing within two feet of our table, which wasn't very relaxing to say the least.
We had an absolutely fantastic time at hotel pupetto!! I would recommend it to everyone!! It was reasonably priced, it's on the water and after an easy 10min walk you are in the main town! The hotel resturant had a very tasty and affordable menu and the view from the resturant is priceless!!!
The beach bar is FANTASTIC!! The staff were so friendly it's was 2 EUR for a glass of wine!! They have a wide range of food down their including some delicious salads... That were so refreshing after so much pizza and pasta! Overall I would recommend this hotel to every one and I would go back tomorrow if I could!

We stayed at the adjacent villa for three nights in early October. It really is gem of a place, a small heaven of yours secluded right at the heart of Positano's busy walkway to the beach.
The villa has two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen, a third bathroom with a washing machine, and a walk-in closet. It was plenty of space for two couples and my twelve-year old daughter. The main bedroom on the garden side has a jakuzzi as well.
Once you open the gate, the size of the well-manicured garden makes you go wow. The view is amazing. One one side, you have the dome of the church and the bell tower. On the other sides, you have the breath-taking views of Positano hills. You cannot imagine how many people tried to sneak into the garden for a photo opportunity every time we opened the gate to the street.
Hotel staff was friendly and made some good recommendations about places to eat, visit etc.
Two small issues to note. First there were a lot of ants, coming from the garden. Second, bathrooms had a heavy smell so we had to leave the windows open even during the day.
Overall I would certainly recommend this place especially if you are travelling with the family.
