"We loved our stay at Villa Tartana. The staff was excellent, especially Alfonso. He was the absolute best; charismatic, joyful and extremely helpful. I loved our balcony room. We arrived by ferry and if you have a carry-on, arriving to the hotel is doable. However, we still chose to pay the porters to bring the luggage to the hotel, but upon check-out since it was going down, we were able to easily do it ourselves. I much prefer a hotel closer to the beach if arriving by ferry. I recommend this hotel."

"Beautiful hotel with very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Nice view overlooking the lemon trees and beautiful distance views. Beautiful 1 mile walk to main area in town. Taxi ride to dock for boats to Capri and Ischa. Rooftop dry martini bar was spectacular and if it’s raining or too cool the dry martini bar first floor is beautiful. Pool area very nice with service. I gave this 4 stars ONLY because we asked for a coffe just to go as we missed breakfast by a few minutes. Reception went into ask whomever was in charge and they said no. Seemed like too simple of a request to not be honored and did not match any of accommodating staff we had dealt with . Sometimes it’s the little things that give the biggest impression"

"Staying at Villa Rosa was like being in a dream. The charm of the hotel, the graciousness of the staff and the stunning views were beyond words! It was so special to have breakfast served on a white linen table cloth on the patio overlooking the harbor. The staff made every interaction pleasant. The owner was often there and you could see that she truly cares about your stay. I would go back in a heartbeat and would highly recommend it. The location was fabulous!"

"Amazing views. The shuttle service was exceptional as walking wasn't an option. Rooms are slightly dated but who cares when paradise is outside. Unreal that you can stroll to the beach and swim in ocean. Staff is very friendly ."
