"Upon arrival to the property there was a unpleasant smell but thought nothing of it. The property itself was gorgeous, beautiful grounds and nice big windows with a view. 5hours after arriving the toilets started overflowing, every toilet in the property was out of action. We all went to bed and woke ip at 2am to no electricity in the house. This was not fixed untill 5pm Saturday night. We did request if there would be any form of compensation as we were left for majority of our stay in...
