"Location was very good, short walk to the clock tower and shops. Staff were brilliant. Check in was smooth and we managed to get into the room a little early. The room (we stayed in 319) was as described, it had a very big balcony with a view to the sea. The bathroom was quite small but we could live with that to have the balcony and views. "Overall the room was clean and tidy, bedding and towels immaculate and the bed and pillows comfy. The shower was lovely and hot and powerful. Sadly no mattress cover. The extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy and the underside of the bathroom taps had lots of limescale plus the washer between the shower head and hose seemed to have gone so it was leaking.There was no one on reception when I left to give feedback on these small issues"
