"Property was good and nice terrace with pool. However, we had to remind the hotel to have our room cleaned everyday because it was still not cleaned at the end of the day when we came back in the late afternoon.
The hotel is nice and it a nice neighborhood. However, it is a 15-20 walk to get to downtown. "

"Excellent stay at Palacio Borghese. Beautiful and clean room. Fantastic and helpful staff. Fresh and tasty breakfast (green juice is the bomb). And the roof is to die for - great place to relax and take in the 360 views.
Can’t understand the people complaining about water temp. Turn it on. Water is hot in no time.

"Lovely helpful staff; I was able to arrange for a massage in my room which was amazing; the pool area and grounds are immaculate. My only complaint is that music is blasting in the courtyard all day until 10:00 pm every evening. Since all the rooms open on the courtyard, the thumping of the music could be heard all day and evening. "

"I enjoyed the hotel for the 10 days that my family and I stayed there. They had more than enough staff for help and they always provided good service at the pool. The rooms are comfortable but a little outdated. This is a perfect hotel if you are in a budget and you want to experience with the locals. They also have a shuttle that runs from 12 pm until 9 pm which is a plus. The food could be improved a little and dishes are a little pricey. Overall, I do recommend the hotel.

"This hotel is a paradise few minutes away from busy Oaxaca Center. We had the best of both worlds. It is an old hotel (well maintained) therefore, rooms are VERY quiet and spacious with a wide view of the city and mountains. The gardens are gorgeous. All members of the staff were friendly and making sure everything was perfect during our stay. The restaurant has a wonderful breakfast buffet. Delicious. We did not look for other options. The hotel has taxi service and a also an evening shuttle to the downtown area. We drove. It was a 5 mins or less drive to the downtown area. We are hoping to go back soon. "
