This was our first trip to Jamaica and we are so glad to have chosen Sunset at the palms. From day one to departure we felt at home.

The beach and overall vibe compensate alot for the negatives. Mainly, the facilities are quite worn down. The buildings all need refreshing. Food in asian restaurant was average at best the other restaurant "feathers" was much better. Great place to just relax and get away but for what they charge they could offer more.

Overall stay was okay, however the hotel had multiple area that was wet and ceiling leaking from the rain, water was running all over the floors creating a hazard, could have controlled better, my toilet was not flushing for a few hours, leaving a smell of body waste in the room due to it sitting there unable to flush, I was told there was a plumbing and water issue, also the chairs in the theater was very hard and uncomfortable. The entertainment was okay for only 2 of the shows as the dancers seem like they were lacking energy. There were areas that had restrictions on entering due to it need a travel club,

Everything was fantastic. It was clean, the food was good, great entertainment every night. But nothing tops the staff! A special shout out to Barington, Chad and Brenda for making our stay our one that we will always remember.
