I am a repeat visitor. The staff are exceptional, the property beautiful and the proximity to everything is unmatched. I love Coco LaPalm!! See you again soon.
From start to finish my stay was excellent. The team at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok. A huge shout out to Sydoney that works by the restaurant she was one of my servers at breakfast time, O'Connor the head chef who went above and beyond and helped my mom, O'Neil, Christopher, and Romaine the bartender. Thanks to everyone who made my stay memorable.
Food was good, staff was helpful & kind. Security does a great job making sure everyone is safe. Great location on the beach. 10/10 I’ll definitely stay here again.
Everyone that works at Coco La Palm are kind and courteous, Beautiful, clean, well maintained and safe. Food is excellent and drinks cold. Room also has coffee.

I liked everything about this property the rooms are clean every day the hot tub is so relaxing, the pool and restaurant is very convenient and when you go to the restaurant the beautiful Carribean water is right there make the day so surreal I love it I wanna give give a shut out to the wonderful staff who make our stay truly amazing
Breakfast was wonderful. The rooms are well-kept, and the staff is very friendly. This is our eighth visit, and some of the staff remember us by name.
This is our go-to location when we visit Jamaica.
We have taken friends and family members there on several occasions.
From beginning to end we had an excellent experience. Staff were all amazing. Room had excellent wifi and very clean. Oh, and the beach... just like a warm pool. Calm and warm. Close to supermarket.
We will definitely be back soon.
This was my third visit. I like the authentic Jamaican ambience. The hotel is not a glitzy, luxurious property but is very comfortable and has more of a homelike atmosphere. Very helpful friendly staff. Competitively priced and I would say a bit of a well kept secret.
This is a nice property on seven mile beach. The staff are kind, pleasant and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is cozy with a beach bar and restaurant. The food was pretty good. Great hamburgers on the beach and the local dishes were amazing as well. I was surprised that they did not have bottled water in the rooms which is usually the norm in any type of hotel. You also have to bring your own toiletries because the ones in the rooms are not sufficient and not good quality. Overall an ok stay but I wouldn’t go back.
Recently stayed at Coco La Palm and had a great stay. Super location on the beach, spacious rooms and good hot water. Complimentary continental breakfast is very nice...generous fresh fruit and pastries. The restaurant is so-so for other meals imho. Overall, Coco La Palm is a great value for the money and I recommend you stay there. I will return.
