Very nice property. I could see the distance for one of the bedroom. Very setup and good management who delivered a good experience. The manage was so cool she took out kids to the store when we arrived.

Our stay was a mix of highs and lows. The food and entertainment were excellent, but the daytime service, beach, security response, and spa experience need improvement. Pros: The food was great, and the buffet was the best I’ve had at a resort. Jam Rock had delicious Jamaican food, Umami’s sushi was delicious, and The Pearl offered good seafood. Evening service was much better than during the day. Megan at the piano bar provided exceptional hospitality and was the best service we received. The entertainment was another major highlight, with talented singers and musicians performing a wide variety of music that appealed to everyone. Cons: Daytime service was disappointing. Staff sometimes seemed reluctant to assist guests or more interested in conversations with coworkers. Poolside service was minimal and there was no beach service. Although everyone spoke English, questions were sometimes met with blank stares, making communication frustrating. The beach was lacking. There was a red flag during our first 2 days, and the water looked brown. We ultimately went to 7 Mile Beach for a proper beach day. On our last day, parts of the water looked clearer, but it was still cloudy past my knees. There was no beach service for umbrellas, drinks, or other guest needs. We reported loud music from neighboring guests twice late at night, no staff appeared to respond, and my friend eventually had to address the guests herself. The spa was confusing, and the hydrotherapy pool was subpar.

Property looks just like the picture, very spacious, can be very hot n humid entering the country. We visited Feb 2020 and left snow behind. When we got to Taylormade we were very pleased with AC in every room including the common areas and ceiling fans as well.. Ms Powell was excellent, attentive, inviting and there to help when needed. Puerto Secko Beach was the highlight of the trip. We strongly recommend this Taylormade property.
