The bed was so comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly. The water pressure and temperature of the shower was perfect. The room had plenty of space. My only two complaints were that there was dark hair in the sink. I am blonde, so it definitely was not mine. One of the sockets next to the bed didn't work either, but there were plenty of other outlets around the room.

Excellent experience. Only the bar/snack area could be improved by more space, considering more food options including gluten free options and quicker service, waiting time was too long for the such a simple service.

This is the hotel!!!! I fully recommend everyone The Langham. Very close to everything, amazing/kind staff, cleanliness is spot on and the food is exquisite. I can’t wait to come back and stay longer.

The The Tower Hotel is a fantastic choice if you’re visiting London, especially if location is high on your list. Our room was on the smaller side, but honestly, it didn’t matter since we weren’t there to spend time indoors. We were out exploring most of the day, and the room had everything we needed to rest and recharge. What really makes this hotel stand out is its unbeatable location. It sits right on the River Thames, next to Tower Bridge and within steps of the Tower of London. You’re in the heart of some of the city’s most iconic sights, which makes getting around incredibly easy. If you’re booking, I highly recommend choosing a room with a view of Tower Bridge. We did, and the view was absolutely amazing, especially at night when the bridge is lit up. Overall, a great stay. Between the prime location and those unforgettable views, we would definitely stay here again.

The first room was clean and the second one too. First room, TV had sound but no picture so they moved me. Very courteous. Second room, heating not on but they came quite quickly to put radiator on. All in all a good stay.

This is a beautiful hotel close to Earls Court tube making it easy to get around London. The decor is beautiful and would consider staying again in the summer as the garden is lovely. We were welcomed warmly on arrival and were delighted to receive a room upgrade snd be able to check in even though we were 4 hours before usual check in time. The room was lovely. Unfortunately we found the bed too hard for us which impacted our nights sleep but I don’t blame the hotel (everyone is different ☺️). There was some confusion about bar opening times - we were originally told it was 7-10:30pm but we later discovered it’s open all afternoon and one evening when we got back after 10:30, the bar staff kindly served us. The two bar guys were very friendly and very knowledgeable- we enjoyed their advice on Tequila. My only real area of criticism was the breakfast and the lady manager at breakfast. My first day I asked for sourdough toast and poached egg and despite the restaurant being very quiet, if was cold when it arrived. Also I ordered a flat white which I had to chase and it wasn’t brought until after I’d eaten my breakfast. Mostly though, we found the restaurant manager to be very rude. She never smiled (apart from when joking with the chef and other staff) and my husband spoke to her the second day to ask for some toast on the pass which hadn’t been delivered with his breakfast, and she looked at him and promptly turned away to greet some new guests in to the restaurant.
