Marrakesh-Tensift-El Haouz Luxury Holidays

From arrival the hospitality from the staff was amazing. The hotel room clean , the food amazing i would come back

Wonderful traditionally decorated room and lovely bathroom with large bath and separate shower. A nice selection of shower gels and toiletries are supplied with various scents. Sitting area with sofa and dining table with chairs leading to the balcony overlooking the lovely gardens and huge pool. The pool area is full of birdsong and beautiful plants and trees with plenty of comfortable sun beds in various parts of the garden. We also enjoyed the indoor spa pool with the various therapeutic water jets. There are also many steam rooms, saunas and hammams in the Spa with Phyto hairdresser, treatment rooms. All the food we tried including room service was tasty and the breakfast fabulous with so much choice. There is also a Casino attached to the hotel but we didn't try it. Staff were all friendly and proficient. Highly recommend a stay here.

Splendid!

Very nice Riad it was a beautiful place and very well kept. The host was very friendly helping and accommodating. It was very well situated. Yes it is tucked away through a small alley but its very easy to get to once you have google maps. They have a private parking that is 5 minutes walk away from the Riad. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was lovely on their beautiful terrace. The helpers were also very polite and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Incredible friendly staff, restaurants were excellent the food for lunch and dinner was amazing. However I was not happy with the breakfast

Staff

The room and the whole Riad were beautiful. We only stayed one night and were very comfortable. Fatima and Simon at the front desk were wonderful, even letting us leave or luggage and use their facilities after our stay. Outstanding service!
