The layout of the campus also allows for way more privacy by the rooms and suites versus other "resorts" or hotels I have stayed at. The bugalows feel more like a home than a resort room, as they are separated from the noisy and busy areas. Other guests that we attended a tour with seemed to get much better service so perhaps we just got a dud, but it was disappointing. Overall a terrific stay though.
