The Riad was beautiful, clean and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had a very good experience and definitely recommend it.

I would not stay in this neighborhood or at this hotel ever again. Staff are inattentive and rude. Amenities are bare minimum and it was hard to just get towels when entering the room. Never received hand soap for the entire stay after multiple requests. Breakfast was good and staff in this area was good but quality of food was okay. Overall, the hotel should be reviewed by Minister of Tourism for how it poorly represents Morocco and its hotel industry.

Excellent The location is ideal just a short walk from Jemaa el-Fna, yet the riad itself is quiet and peaceful, which made it the perfect place to relax after exploring Marrakech. Yaseen gave us such a warm welcome, Ibrahim n Rashid served us breakfast every morning with delicious, fresh orange juice, and Simu at reception always brightened our day with his beautiful smile and genuine kindness. ❤️ Our room was spacious, spotless, and cleaned every day, with excellent service throughout our stay. We truly felt welcomed and cared for from beginning to end. We highly recommend Riad Wow and would happily stay here again!

Nice & quiet hotel. Service was good. It’s far from the main tourist spots. They do have a shuttle service if you do want to go into town. Breakfast was good, Would have expected more selection… overall nice clean and a very quiet hotel to come and relax!

The Riad was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for during our week in Marrakech. The Nashira suite was not big enough for our family of four, and unfortunately all other rooms were booked. The suite was also not very clean- the carpets had a strange smell to them. The staff were amazing and would be the only reason I would consider returning.
