AC in room was hit or miss and closet light didn't close. Amenities in room were simple poor man choices. Food options were limited but local cuisine was way more expensive than local. Breakfast was so so and free so no complaint. The indoor pool, sauna were ok but consistently overbooked. Surprised no room service just water cookies at lobby. The pineapple greenhouse with the hottub was a bit sketchy, but we enjoyed a soak after a big hike one day. Room and bathroom not as expected from photos, a bit run down but servicable.
