Canada Kid friendly Holidays

Le personnel est vraiment sympathique et hyper serviable. Les chambre sont bien, et la vue sur des espaces naturels est vraiment très agréable, on a pas l’impression d’être au centre-ville.

We enjoyed the clean room but the pull out bed had a huge divot in it and even though we booked months in advance it was difficult to find a room with two beds. And that is throughout the city. The room was clean but could use an update on the decor. Lamp shade was torn, the side table wabbled and the curtains were dated and felt dirty to the touch. Some one going in there with an attention to detail would go a long way adding to the experience. The staff were friendly and the hotel is in a good location for shops, etc. We opted out to have breakfast there for an additional fee but the Second Cup Cafe is a short walk away and makes a decent coffee/latte. Also, the doors that open to overlook the pool and large screen displaying an aquarium scene did not open so that was a disappointment. Overall, a decent spot to stay if you plan on spending most of your time outside of the room. 3.5 stars.

Good

If you pick an inside room, you get a nice view over the garden but there is also live music and it's loud.
