Very convenient downtown location

James at the front desk was amazing! He helped us secure an extra room when we needed one at the last minute. Thank you James!!

The aurora building elevator was not working so we had to take the stairs each time. Also, check in for the property in the beginning was difficult since there is no front desk and wanted like me to take a picture of myself prior to check in which could not upload on the Expedia message. Email did not go through whoever agent was asking for it for check in and the lady at the other end of the line barely spoke proper English.Also, the Spa is not “connected” to the resort, it’s its own separate entity even though it’s right there next to the resort. you need to pay extra for and took a rather long time to sign up. However, the pool and hot tub come with the resort and was rather nice

the mountain location as a backdrop made this location an ideal place to visit for all sort of outdoor activities....

the staff was incredibly nice, however, the rooms were out of date and the rooms do not have black out curtains. but the location was convenient
