Cannot recommend Loden more highly. The staff are attentive, prompt, friendly, and ensured that every aspect of our stay was thoughtfully taken care of. When our fridge turned out to be broken, a new one was brought up and installed within the hour. Turndown service was excellent, delivery orders and other requests brought up the minute they arrived. The Luna Suite on the 12th floor faces north, with two gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows looking out past other skyscrapers onto the water and Stanley Park. You can see the water taxi making its way back and forth from the dock, with sailboats, yachts, and seaplanes out and about. Sliding doors separating the bathroom, living room, and bedroom ensure privacy—and the floor plan is very efficient. The manager on our final day was a slightly less on the ball (no bellhop for loading luggage or delivery of ordered food), but my compliments go to Stanislav and Graham for their truly exceptional service. They deserve a raise.

We loved staying in Yaletown at the Opus. It is such a cool boutique hotel. Cactus Club was just accross the street… so many amenities, and close to the train.

Location was perfect! Rooms clean but amenities dated and some (most plugs) not working for us. Valet staff excellent.

Always a great stay at this hotel. The staff is not the fastest, but very helpful and accommodating. The menu for the free breakfast is awful, although the coffee was great! The pool was nice, but it could have been a bit warmer, though.

Well located in the downtown core. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Recent refresh of rooms but chargers needed bedside and throughout the room. Bathroom has a small bath tub. Bathroom amenities so so.

It is a bit loud from sky train. Beds are very comfortable and bedding is nice quality

They let us store our fish in the freezer, which was great so we could pick it up the next morning. I thought that was wonderful.
