I was impressed with Air Canada as they are more generous with free baggage in the hold, more interesting food and a small bottle of wine with dinner.

The entertainment system for seat 52 c did not work properly despite the staff resetting it ..the screen continually froze and it was impossible to watch any films which was disappointing. More importantly my husband and I were unable to hear properly and understand any of the announcements that were made over the tannoy system including the safety instructions... they were spoken far too fast and in a tone that was very difficult to hear ..I think the french announcement was clearer.

Insufficient gluten free options on the flight.

Najali, a member of staff who lives in Portobello road helped me so much with all my luggage as I was moving country..she helped me with my tags and to reassure me when I was extremely anxious about the luggage all getting to Canada.
