Isla Grande Fishing Holidays

Tiene una playa muy linda pero: 1. Las zonas comunes necesitan mantenimiento. 2. Asoleadoras dañadas 3. Muy lentos y poco atentos, por ejemplo, me contactaron del experience hasta la ultima noche. 4. El precio de la comida es bien alto y no es acorde con la calidad. 5. El cuarto hermoso pero la casa donde está, necesita mantenimiento, escaleras dañadas, pintura en mal estado. 6. La recepcion asusta cuando uno llega. 7. Si no fuera por la naturaleza y el paisaje, la verdad hubiera sido desastroso para el valor que pagamos. 8. El valor del hotel es alto y se espera calidad 100% …. No solo playa y paisaje bonitos, hay soluciones naturales que igual brindan comodidad. 9. El concepto de la musica en vivo alrededor de una fogata en la noche es bien rico.

Love the location. 5 min walk to everywhere, the view from the pool it’s just amazing. Room was big and clean. We def will come back on the near future. Thank you to all the staff…….oh breakfast was delicious.

This Hotel is great, the employees at the front desk was great, the employees at the restaurant for breakfast was excellent, housekeeping was fantastic and the service at the pool was from other world, the experience for my family and I since we arrive and the last day was superb, thank you very much we coming back very soon

The staff was amazing. The rooms were big and updated. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was ok. I will have one negative comment to make. The Hotel did not have an elevator it was all stairs. I was put in a room on the 4th floor. I have knee problems and that was horrible for me. When it rained the stairs would get wet and I was afraid to fall. I requested another room and they were completely booked. They should mention that on the hotel website. The fifth floor which was the rooftop was nice, had a small pool and a beautiful view of one of the churches, unfortunately it rained every day I was there, so I was not able to use the pool. This is small boutique hotel. Very safe. I would rate them a 9/10 because of the elevator issue.

The staff were very nice and professional. However, the breakfast staff were very inappropriate and had no idea how to treat a customer, especially Cyndy, who is usually very nice. In my personal experience, my wife and I went to breakfast on Sunday, June 14th, and waited 45 minutes. When we asked the waiter, he told us it would take another 25 minutes because the hotel didn't have enough cooks. I think that's unacceptable. Customers don't care about that information. Of course, we got up and went somewhere else for breakfast. Very unfortunate and unprofessional. The waiters who serve breakfast need to know how to treat a customer.

Todo perfecto , súper limpio súper lindo la mejor posición , staff maravilloso , un café divino el mejor café que me he tomado de máquina espresso,,, un desayuno muy rico con frutas frescas yogurt jugo natural de naranja etc
