Patio door did not work and only stayed for 2 nights. Purchased patio as extra. Staff struggled to fix it night one. Fan in room was very loud. Staff would not shuttle us from airport to hotel and would not provide breakfast morning of check out. The spa was underwhelming, only a steam room and cold pool. There is no weights in gym
