Really enjoyed our stay at Flamingo suites, the apartment is well furnished, roomy and spotless, the pool area is spacious and again well furnished. We found all the staff friendly and very helpful with any queries we had

Peaceful enough. Didn't come for the golf, although this always seemed busy. Great accommodation with friendly staff. Close to a quiet beach.

I thought this hotel was really great! The staff are super friendly & helpful but a few tweaks would really elevate their "luxury" label. Breakfast is excellent but I felt the menu for the rooftop daytime and for dinner was limited and very expensive. It would be good if there was a bigger selection because if staying for longer than a few days you would very quickly have eaten everything on the menu. Also very overpriced if you just want a daytime snack/lunch by the pool. Strangely I was unable to order a Frappuccino - iced latte yes but no Frappuccino which is odd as the only difference is one ingredient being milk but the bar staff couldn't seem to comprehend this & refused to make one. No drinking water available to be able to fill up reusable bottles or just drink while by the pool which is a big miss for me. You get two small bottles for free in your room on arrival and after that you're on your own. This really should be a basic amenity in a luxury hotel. I also felt housekeeping in the room could do with a tiny bit more attention to detail. I had a random bit of cheese in my fridge when I arrived which was there for a couple of days & my water glasses weren't changed unless I asked. Otherwise the room was fantastic. As I said, the hotel is excellent, just a few tweaks to really label them as luxury. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting somewhere to stay in Soller.

From check in to check out- especially the porter - everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is in a great location and super useful to have taxis right outside.

Water coming down from the ceiling in our bathroom and AC didn't work. There was no fix for the AC and they offered to switch us rooms but it was already late at night. No other compensation offered but eventually agreed to have parking fee reimbursed. Not worth the $400+ CAD price.
